Asimismo, contribuye a crear entornos inclusivos y seguros que respalden el ejercicio del derecho de ni\u00f1os, ni\u00f1as y adolescentes a participar libremente en la vida cultural y en las artes, seg\u00fan lo establecido en el art\u00edculo 31 de la Convenci\u00f3n sobre los Derechos del Ni\u00f1o.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div
