Mayo, 2023.<\/p><p>Galer\u00eda Sal\u00f3n Blanco, 26 de mayo \u2013 6 de septiembre, 2023<\/p><p>Servando Cabrera Moreno, artista cubano, naci\u00f3 el 28 de mayo de 1923, en La Habana. Un siglo despu\u00e9s, en 2023, se organizaron un conjunto de acciones con las que preservar su memoria y legado art\u00edstico, a prop\u00f3sito del centenario de su nacimiento, el 28 de mayo.<\/p><p><em>Paisaje para el pr\u00f3ximo siglo<\/em> es el t\u00edtulo de este proyecto y corresponde a una pintura de Cabrera Moreno, de 1975. Desde su elecci\u00f3n se expresa el di\u00e1logo a establecer entre dos per\u00edodos, entre el creador que fue Servando y los artistas que hoy pueden declararlo como referente o inspiraci\u00f3n; o que, simplemente, eligen homenajearle. Dos per\u00edodos entre los cuales se impone justamente un siglo: cien a\u00f1os de arte cubano y fases que nos recuerdan a cierta teor\u00eda c\u00edclica sobre la historia.<\/p><p>Los t\u00edtulos fueron elemento significativo en la producci\u00f3n de Servando, tanto que tuvo como pr\u00e1ctica concebirlos incluso antes de realizar sus piezas. Se conservan m\u00faltiples apuntes del artista con listas de r\u00f3tulos para obras que no lleg\u00f3 a ejecutar.
