Promoting culture and creativity as a means of social and economic transformation is one of the objectives of the Youth Art Fund (YAF), a cultural platform led by the Swiss Development Cooperation (SDC) in Cuba.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
With this purpose in mind, we have worked on the creation of new contact networks to consolidate sustainable collaborations and exchange bridges \u2013with a permanent vocation\u2013 between Cuban cultural projects, and national and foreign companies in their commitment to society. Associations that are mutually beneficial for the parties involved, in the search for a decisive impetus to artistic creation and the dissemination of culture<\/strong>; also, to structure strategic business plans, and indicators of responsible management of corporate interest and value.<\/p>\n\n\n\n These best practices have made it possible to bring together the Swiss business sector in Cuba to promote culture through the YAF.<\/p>\n\n\n\n The V Edition of the Habana Cl\u00e1sica International Festival opened up these possibilities for strategic cooperation, bringing together a group of culturally sensitive entrepreneurs who have actively contributed with financial and management resources.<\/p>\n\n\n\n This group of supportive Swiss companies was joined by the Swiss Chamber of Commerce, the NGO Medicuba Switzerland, the airline Edelweiss Air, and the Swiss export company of laboratory equipment Aliam S.A.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Consequently, we ensure the vitality of our communication strategy by legitimizing our platform as a repository of legitimate values to rest on in terms of corporate social responsibility.<\/p>\n\n\n\n The beginning of this articulation between the business sector and culture in Cuba also means an open door to a strategic future of collaborations for YAF, where new donors from state and private sectors, both in Cuba and abroad, interested in contributing resources to help co-finance our actions, providing them with greater possibilities of sustainability, may join us.<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":" Promoting culture and
