Seg\u00fan Zygmunt Bauman, la identidad se presenta como una batalla interminable, algo que \u00abhay que construir desde cero o elegir entre ofertas de alternativas y luego luchar para protegerla con una pugna a\u00fan m\u00e1s encarnizada\u00bb.<\/p><p>En tiempos de movilidades y desplazamientos masivos, de millones eligiendo mirar una pantalla por miedo a mirarse a s\u00ed mismos, el encuentro y defensa de una identidad propia se impone como un gesto diario. Nacionalidad, riqueza, g\u00e9nero, raza, sexualidad, condicionan nuestras disparidades.<\/p><p>Ante estos \u00abhorizontes compartidos\u00bb que propone la XV Bienal de La Habana, NG Art Gallery, Fundaci\u00f3n Los Carbonell y Fondo de Arte Joven colaboran en esta exposici\u00f3n que re\u00fane a un grupo de artistas de Latinoam\u00e9rica, Cuba y \u00c1frica cuyas po\u00e9ticas giran en torno a esas identidades, marcadas por sus formas de relacionarse con la historia, la sociedad y la cultura.<\/p><p>No es posible una colectividad sin la existencia de la otredad, del reconocimiento de un todo en el que podemos habitar a\u00fan desde la diferencia. <em>Hasta la ra\u00edz.
