Third Prize in the second edition of the malaYerba contest
Graduated with a gold degree from the San Alejandro National Academy of Fine Arts (2019-2023), in Havana. Currently studying at the University of the Arts (ISA) in Cuba, specializing in Visual Arts. She has several personal exhibitions, such as Inventario, Research project on contemporary Cuban art. Ludwig Foundation of Cuba; (Havana, 2024) and Historia de tres/Small changes, big ideas, Provincial Center of Plastic Arts (Havana, 2023).

He has participated in different group exhibitions such as Guanábana, Faculty of Visual Arts, ISA, (Havana, 2024); Todos los cuervos son negros, Faculty of Visual Arts, ISA (Havana, 2024); Post-it 10 Re-presenta, Galiano Gallery (2023, Havana).

His work has been recognized at the event OCHO X OCHO. Encuentro Internacional Universitario de Arte y Diseño. Online presentation (Mexico, 2024); and with Mention in the Post-it 10 exhibition-contest for the work Estudio sociológico de particularidades en las masas (Havana, 2023).

With his work Merchandising he received the Third Prize in the second edition of the malaYerba contest, organized by FAJ and Fundación Los Carbonell / NG Arte Gallery, partner and manager of the visual arts profile of the platform.

The modalities of collaboration are flexible, as are the contributions. It is in our interest to establish co-financing agreements with entities that support operationally and/or financially, for example, specific calls for proposals. These specific actions managed by the Fondo de Arte Joven may have awards such as:

  • exhibitions in their respective art centers in Cuba and abroad.
  • donations of musical instruments and working materials for artists
  • national and international art residencies
  • publications
  • academic experiences
  • promotion
  • support for creative processes
