Mai Mai, mother of artists and creators, is a Cuban clothing brand and artistic project that fuses creation and young art with the world of fashion. It seeks to create unique experiences with and for the community, through events, collaborations and its dynamic social networks; to support young people and artists, giving them a space to show their work, as well as to promote sustainability and social responsibility.

The Fondo de Arte Joven (FAJ) supports this venture through the acquisition of useful tools and media in order to generate unique experiences for the community of young artists and creators, through events, collaborations and content in social networks, providing them with a space to show and promote their work. In addition to the accompaniment and methodological advice through CIERIC specialists.

The modalities of collaboration are flexible, as are the contributions. It is in our interest to establish co-financing agreements with entities that support operationally and/or financially, for example, specific calls for proposals. These specific actions managed by the Fondo de Arte Joven may have awards such as:

  • exhibitions in their respective art centers in Cuba and abroad.
  • donations of musical instruments and working materials for artists
  • national and international art residencies
  • publications
  • academic experiences
  • promotion
  • support for creative processes
