Yunior La Rosa (Havana, 1992). Graduated from the San Alejandro National Academy of Fine Arts in 2012. He currently works as an independent visual artist; he belongs to the National Creator Registry and the Hermanos Saíz Association (AHS). Since 2023 he has been working as a member of La Nave Gallery in Havana.
He has several personal exhibitions, such as El Objeto A II (2020), at the Juan Pérez Jolote Gallery at the Autonomous University of Querétaro, Mexico. Likewise, Sustitutos (bipersonal) with Yanet Oviedo, was exhibited in the same year at the Gilberto Herrera Ruiz Gallery, at the Autonomous University of Querétaro. Campus San Juan del Río, in Mexico.
He has participated in different group exhibitions such as Territorial Aire (2022), at the Center for the Development of Visual Arts, in Old Havana; Sin tiempo que perder (2022), at the Museo del Ron Gallery, in Old Havana; Estado de espíritu (2021). Habana de la Bienal, at the Pabellón Cuba, in Vedado; among others.
With his work Sesgo, he received the Second Prize in the first edition of the malaYerba contest, organized by the Youth Art Fund (YAF).
