Two years ago, when the Youth Art Fund (YAF) was just a dream, we aspired to build an inclusive and dynamic space where young artists and cultural entrepreneurs could explore, experiment and express their creativity.

The YAF continues its commitment to support and make visible the work of young artists taking their first steps in the art world, with a special focus on women.

On March 7, we discussed the challenges and potentialities that women who lead projects encounter during the panel "Women who create the future: the potential of women entrepreneurs in the cultural and creative industries in the Caribbean".

The catalog is also an indispensable bibliographic element in the professional training that the Youth Art Fund and the Fundación Los Carbonell / NG Art Gallery make available to public libraries, study centers and art professionals.

The Youth Art Fund (YAF) and the Los Carbonell Foundation (FLC) / NG Art Gallery, partner and manager of the platform's visual arts profile, will present in Havana the catalog of the first edition of the malaYerba contest, held in this city in November 2023.

With almost two years of existence, the YAF has had culturally committed allies, which has been fundamental to promote culture and creativity in the new generations of artists.

This exhibition, in addition to seven others held by the FAJ since its founding in January 2023, is the first of its kind.

For FAJ and Habana Clásica, this collaboration represents a great honor and an invaluable opportunity, assuming the responsibility of programming live music at the Havana International Ballet Festival.
