Green light

The networking event that brings together key figures of the cultural ecosystem in Havana. The space, promoted by FAJ since 2025, fosters cooperation, the creation of strategic alliances to drive creative projects with social and economic impact, and the exchange of best practices in the independent cultural sector.

Fifth Edition

In a special collaboration between the Young Art Fund (FAJ), the Inspira project (co-financed by the European Union), Zona Creativa Centro Habana (funded by Italian Cooperation), and the Italian Embassy in Cuba, the 5th edition of «Luz Verde” took place.

On the occasion of the March 8th commemorations, creators, entrepreneurs, and leaders of creative projects took center stage at the Línea Arte Contemporáneo venue.

Additionally, it included the presentation of the panel “Cultural-Entrepreneurial Ecosystem with a Gender Focus: Support Networks,” with the participation of Dr. Geydis Fundora from FLACSO; feminist communicator Lirians Gordillo; and Laura Salas, founder of the La Mina project, who discussed the challenges and obstacles women face in the sector.

The venue also featured live music from “Gabriela Muriedas Quintet” and DJ S.A.L.L.Y., who showcased the dynamism of women in creation with a presentation that highlighted young talent in the city's cultural scene.
