This call for proposals is driven by the European Union Cultural Fund in Cuba, in partnership with the Youth Art Fund (FAJ).

The European Union Cultural Fund in Cuba is a cultural cooperation program created on the initiative of the European Union, implemented alongside the Italo-Latin American Organization (IILA), CISP – Sviluppo dei Popoli, the Center for Exchange and Reference-Community Initiative (CIERIC), and the Creative Zones project, with support from Italian Cooperation (AICS).
